Chinese Embassy – Wall Structures
Location: Washington, DC
Project Budget: Over $300,000
This was an elaborate group of structural retaining walls, concrete piers, concrete knee walls, and concrete fence walls surrounding the entire embassy. It included all drain lines as specified.
Gonzaga High School – Retaining Wall System with Drainage Tiles
Location: Washington, DC
Project Budget: $200,000
Due to aging conditions to existing structure, Intown removed and installed a concrete structural retaining wall with areaway drainage platform below grade.
River Point Apartments – Structural walls, site concrete, streetscape pavers and bio retention ponds
Location: Washington, DC
Project Budget: $800,000
Varied concrete scopes including four separate architecturally designed courtyard plazas, streetscape concrete work and all site concrete surrounding entire footprint. Bio ponds, planter walls, bike lane dividers, stem walls, and wearing slabs for paver selections.
Capitol Hill Safeway – Courtyards, Site Concrete, Bio Retention Vaults
Location: Washington, DC
Project Budget: Over $1,100,000
Extensive site concrete work including, alley way concrete construction, wearing slabs throughout project including pavers, cobbles, bio retention structures, and courtyard knee wall, architectural structures, and pool paver work.
Arlington National Cemetery – Millenium Project
Location: Arlington, VA
Project Budget: Over $200,000
Extensive site concrete repairs and new construction of knee walls as specified by customer, concrete side walk and ADA handicap pavers, ramps, and truncated dome work throughout entire cemetery.
Riverdale Park Apartments – Courtyards, Site Concrete, Asphalt Trails
Location: Riverdale, MD
Project Budget: $450,000
All site concrete work for entire project including sidewalks, curb/gutters, pavers, and asphalt trail. Courtyard work included patio slabs, architectural wall systems cast-in-place, and firepit wearing slab
Parc Riverside II – Site Concrete and Roadway Paving
Location: Washington, DC
Project Budget: $500,000
New construction of all site concrete, wearing slabs, DC brick pavers, cobblestone insets, bio retention ponds, light pole foundation piers, granite curbing and DC Standard brick gutter pans. Excavated surrounding streets and installed roads to install required concrete wearing base and installed roadway surface asphalt.
Catholic University Energy Phases I & II, and others
Location: Washington, DC
Project Budget: Over $1,000,000
Multi-year project including all phases of structural and site concrete services. Concrete roadway paving; bio retention vaults, new construction, and R&R concrete sidewalk throughout campus, including slab infill work, masonry repairs and block work. Foundation repairs, pylons, and structural piers for CUP facility.
West Rosslyn – Highland Park New Construction – Site and Structural Concrete
Location: Arlington, VA
Project Budget: $500,000
Installed structural bio-retention vault adjacent to existing foundation over 100 LF at 20 below grade – Installed elaborate architecturally designed courtyard over 10,000 SF with tier foundation slabs, raised slabs, foundation piers, ramps, lighting pier footers, and retaining walls.
Airline Pilots Association – New Building Addition
Location: Washington, DC
Project Budget: $400,000
New building addition including structural concrete grade beams, foundation footers, all masonry exterior brick veneer work including new block/brick veneer 3 level stairwell system.
